Arguments are used to convince the reader of the writer's position.

A thesis statement will clearly state the writer's position on an issue.

5-8 sentences. Explains Argument 3 and includes supporting evidence and details.
Argument 3 is the topic sentence for this paragraph.
Examples, facts, statistics, quotes, etc. which support Argument 3.
Wraps up this paragraph and transitions to the next topic.
